The PEN RUN Marathon / Half-marathon Club is a unique, dynamic and enjoyable way to get ready for the challenge you’ve been looking for.
- Winter Program: January 4 - May 4
- Maintenance: May - June
- Summer Program: June - October
- Maintenance: October - January
Program Days:
- Technical workouts are Monday & Wednesdays at 6:00PM
- Long runs are Saturday's at 7:00AM
- Free drop-ins on Saturday mornings
- All sessions start at the South Surrey store
PROGRAM DETAILS:
$300 for the year. Includes:
- Winter Program, Spring Maintenance, Summer Program, & Fall Maintenance (valued at $375)
